On demand

Tailored Consultation.

An attacker’s read before you commit the budget.

One security decision or your whole environment, reviewed from the outside and returned as a risk-ranked report you can hand to a board. Advisory only: environment and architecture review, no access to your live systems.

How it runs

Four stages, scope fixed before anything starts.

No live exploitation, no network access, no PHI required.

01

Scope

A free 30-minute call to establish the question, the environment, and whether a review is even the right spend. If the scope does not fit a tier, you get a written quote within one business day rather than a number improvised on a call.

02

Environment review

Architecture diagrams, policies, configurations, vendor proposals, network designs, and how the environment is actually put together. All of it read from the attacker’s side: what someone trying to get in would do with what they find.

03

Findings call

A live walkthrough, highest severity first, business impact before technical detail. Scope and method stated out loud, including what was deliberately not reviewed.

04

Written report

A risk-ranked findings and recommendations document within 24 hours of the call, written for the least technical person who will read it. One revision round included.

Pricing

Two tiers, flat fee.

Scoped on the first call. If the work does not fit a tier, you get a written quote within one business day.

Tier one

Focused Decision Review

One specific question, limited document set.

  • “Should we buy this EDR?”
  • “Is this segmentation design sound?”
  • “This vendor claims X. Is that real?”
  • Findings call plus written report

For a decision with budget attached and no in-house attacker perspective to check it against.

Tier two

Environment Risk Assessment

Broad review across the environment.

  • “Where are we most exposed?”
  • “What should the budget go to first?”
  • Prioritized by attacker impact, not checklist order
  • Findings call plus written report

For teams setting priorities before a budget cycle rather than after an incident.

Get in touch

Twenty minutes. No slide deck. Bring your hardest questions.

A short call about where your team is today, what they’re working with, and whether the Workshop is the right fit. Adversant runs a small number of engagements each quarter by design, so dates are limited.
