Legal
Privacy Policy.
Effective August 9, 2026. This page covers what this website collects and how it's used. It does not describe how Adversant handles data during a paid engagement; that's governed by the signed SOW for that engagement.
Policy
1. What information do we collect?
We collect information you provide directly through two forms on this site:
- Free guide request: first name, last name, work email.
- Conversation request: first name, last name, role, hospital or health system, hospital size, work email, and anything you write in the optional message field.
Both forms run an automated check to block bot submissions; this check briefly processes your IP address for that purpose and nothing else. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind, so beyond what you type into a form, we don't collect anything about you as you browse this site.
2. How do we use your information?
Guide requests are used to send the guide and to follow up if you reply. Conversation requests are used to prepare for and schedule a call with the founder. Every submission is logged in a private record so a request is never lost, even if an email fails to send.
3. Email communications
If you request the guide, your email may also be added to a list for occasional related resources from Adversant. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. If you submit a conversation request, your information is used only to reply and set up the call. It is never added to a marketing list.
4. When and with whom do we share your information?
We use a small number of established service providers to run this site: infrastructure and hosting, email delivery, and, for guide subscribers who haven't opted out, email marketing. These providers process information only to perform that specific function for us; they don't have independent rights to use it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.
5. Do we collect patient information?
No. This website does not collect, and you should not submit, protected health information (PHI) or any other patient data through these forms. Nothing submitted here is used to create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI.
6. How long do we keep your information?
We keep submissions as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain business records, and delete them on request (see Contact, below).
7. How do we keep your information safe?
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and this policy doesn't guarantee absolute security.
8. Do we collect information from minors?
This site is intended for security and healthcare professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it.
9. What are your privacy rights?
Wherever you're located, you can ask to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@adversantsecurity.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10. Do-Not-Track signals
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track (DNT) signal. Because we don't use tracking technologies in the first place, there's nothing for a DNT signal to change here, and we don't currently respond to it as a distinct setting.
11. Do we make updates to this policy?
We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, the effective date at the top of this page will change to reflect the revision.
12. How can you contact us?
Adversant LLC. Questions about this policy or your information: contact@adversantsecurity.com.
